This course is segmented into sections ranging from how to prepare leaders on engaging their team how to routinely shape and drive culture and performance to communicate and effectively create a high performance sales team. 
The course revolves around 4 key principles:
1. All staff are individuals

No two people are the same. As leaders we need to be able to establish what it is that makes your team tick and how best to support them and draw the best out of them.
2. Behavioural flexibility is our responsibility

There is no such thing as a learning disorder, only teaching disorders. We
are the coaches and it is our role to find a way to get the message through to everyone.
We do this by developing many different coaching techniques or styles
to call upon when required.
3. Leadership routines shape and drive culture and performance

Success rests in being able to find the right combination of actions and frequency. The actions or routines themselves need to be of the highest standard, and adhering to the right frequency needs to be held as the single most important aspect of leadership. 
Everything we do or don't do sends a message to staff, and our leadership routines (or lack of) will be noticed by staff.
4. Natural conversations
